We offer returns and exchanges for unused (sealed) and undamaged products within 14 days of the purchase date. The shipping fee for returns is 60 L.E, and for exchanges, it's 75 L.E. Refunds are processed within 2-5 working days.

5. A clear picture of the invoice and products received

You will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges of your return. The only exception is if you received damaged merchandise, in which case the shipping and handling charge will be covered by Dermacy Laboratories.

Returns will be credited to same the payment method used at time of purchase.

Returns will be processed within 21 working days from the date we receive the return.

If you return an item from an order that qualified for a promotion, discount, or free shipping, only the paid value will be refunded, excluding the shipping fees.
