Q: “How can I place an order?”
- Go to menu and click on shop
- Explore product, ingredient, or benefit that interest you.
- Select your favorite items.
- Click add to cart.
- Proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your contact information and shipping address.
- Finalize your purchase.
Q: “When will I receive my order?”
Standard shipping is within 2-4 working days.
Same day delivery is available for orders created before 12PM. Any order placed after 12PM will be received the next day.
Q: “What is the shipping cost?”
Standard shipping cost in all areas across Egypt is set to 60 L.E. only. Same day delivery is available for Cairo, 6th of October, and Giza for 95 L.E. only.

Q: “How do I store the products?”
For optimal results, store our products in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. While room temperature is usually fine, refrigeration is safe for most products.
